About the Role:
- Identify key prospects in our most important sales channels
- Inbound/outbound cold calling and emailing
- Follow and execute a known plan to qualify and book appointments with targets for our Partnership Managers
- Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, Zoom demos, LinkedIn, and any other mediums
- Effectively manage your pipeline of prospects and leads — organization is key!
- Positively represent our company and brand
- Work in a fast-paced, challenging, high-growth startup with room to grow
- This is a 6-month temporary position that has the potential to convert to full-time employment
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
- Bold - willing to hop on the phone with new people every single day and explain the Trust & Will value proposition
- An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up
- Flexibility - able to be agile with quick changes
- Ability to become a subject matter expert. Become a guide on estate planning in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come

- Experience in working with Financial Institutions, Financial Advisors, Employee Benefits/Unions

Employee Benefits & Perks:
- Our salary range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 per hour with an opportunity to earn up to an additional $7,500 in commission based on sales performance target within six-months.
