Requirements
- Extensive experience leading the design of multi-region infrastructure and modern CI/CD frameworks
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and manage a planning horizon of 3–12 months
- Deep understanding of observability, SLOs, and implementing automated remediation systems
- A track record of mentoring senior-level engineers and influencing organization-wide technical standards
- Experience modernization initiatives that improve performance while reducing infrastructure costs
- Exceptional ability to drive cross-functional alignment and demonstrate thought leadership in developer experience (DevEx)
