Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a primary focus on Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of the Oracle PL/SQL language (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, advanced SQL)
- Solid grasp of Oracle RDBMS fundamentals, architecture, and best practices
- Proven experience in database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies
- Experience working with large-scale, multi-tenant database systems (preferably in a SaaS environment)
- Demonstrated commitment to a "shift-left" testing philosophy and hands-on experience with PL/SQL unit testing frameworks (e.g., utPLSQL)
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) as part of the standard development workflow
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of working effectively in a distributed/remote team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently within an agile framework
