Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership experience in the recruitment services industry.
- Minimum 1 year of requisition management experience in a metric-driven environment.
- Proven leadership of a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, or Coordinators.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
