We have a US-based client in the consulting and financial domain. We're forming a team for this client and looking for a UX/UI professional (Mobile Team) with a strong background in mobile design and cross-platform design experience.

If you are a researcher and creative thinker, offering alternative design concepts and techniques to lead the development of outstanding user experiences in mobile, then we would like to get in touch with you.

You'll join a team of skilled and mature designers taking part in technology-related decisions. We are looking for a prominent professional to join our team, which designs web and mobile products for companies across the Globe.

Ideal match for the role:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Mobile design;
• Understanding and hands-on experience in mobile process build-up of iOS and Android;
• Proficient with wireframing, concepting and analysis;
• Software such as: Figma, FigJam;
• Profound understanding of UI/UX principles and strong aesthetic sensibility;
• Comfortable and confident in working with agile and product teams;
• Ability to demonstrate, propose, discuss and prove the best practices in Mobile design;
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Good command of spoken and written English

Will be a plus:

• Interfaces animation and microiteration principles.
• Experience in working in product-oriented companies or startups;
• Product design experience.
• Skills to create and maintain design systems.
• Experience in project initiation, pre-sale, and discovery phases
• Ability to facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations.
