AI Data Processing Associate

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AI Data Processing Associate to support our VIP Concierge and Leadership teams. The primary focus of this role is processing raw data in CSV files, leveraging ChatGPT to streamline and optimize workflows, and building accurate reports in Excel and Google Sheets. This position requires someone who is highly proficient in spreadsheet management and comfortable reporting directly to executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, clean, and organize raw data in CSV files for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Use ChatGPT to assist with summarizing, formatting, and processing data.
• Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the VIP Concierge team on data-driven requests and daily operations.
• Present findings, reports, and recommendations clearly to leadership and executives.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of all data outputs.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in data handling.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ChatGPT for data processing and workflow optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and automation).
• Experience working with raw CSV data, including cleaning and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with executives and leadership teams.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data reporting or administrative support roles.
• Familiarity with scripting in Excel or Google Sheets (VBA, Google Apps Script) is a plus.
• Background working in executive-facing or client-support roles.
