DataForce is looking for a freelance Scheduler (Remote) to work remotely fromIreland and schedule recording sessions for one of our Data Collection projectstaking place in Melbourne. As our Scheduler you will play a pivotal role inensuring that our project runs smoothly, appointments with project participantsare efficiently scheduled and managed, and deadlines are met.

Our Scheduler will be responsible forcommunicating with potential project participants via the phone or email, aswell as screening them based on defined criteria, and scheduling them based ontheir availability. In this role the selected candidate will be representingour team to potential participants and will be the main contact point forquestions. The Scheduler will follow-up with participants prior to theirappointment, encourage attendance and minimize no-shows.

RoleResponsibilities:

• Manage daily schedule and find replacement participants in case of cancellations
• Validate candidates via phone call according to project requirements.
• Check candidate's availability for the project.
• Answer candidate's questions.
• Provide logistical information.
• Schedule candidates for session times.
• Maintain and update the session schedule days in advance.

• Computer skills for tasks such as data entry, report generation, schedule creation and management
• Availability for the entire duration of the project

• Ready to support moderators, project coordinators and managers in achieving the project goals
