We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Developer with a growing background in developing applications using C# and .NET for Azure. The ideal candidate will have essential skills in SQL, MVC, and WCF, alongside experience in modernising applications for Azure environments. This is an excellent opportunity for developers in the early stages of their career looking to expand their expertise in cloud-based solutions and cutting-edge development practices.
what you'll be delivering
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET frameworks tailored for Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Utilise SQL for database development and management.
- Implement and manage application architecture with MVC and WCF standards.
- Contribute to application modernisation and migration projects into Azure environments.
- Work with Azure DevOps tools to support CI/CD pipelines and streamline development processes.
- Ensure adherence to SOLID Principles and Software Patterns to maintain code quality.
- Develop and utilise RESTful services and WebAPI for application functionality.
- Perform unit testing to ensure reliability and robustness of code.
we think you'll be successful in this role if you have some of the following
- Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, MVC, and WCF.
- Good understanding of SOLID Principles and Software Design Patterns.
- Experience with Unit Testing methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of RESTful services and WebAPI integration.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience in modernising legacy applications into Azure environments (preferred)
