Remote Warehouse Executive

Overview

To ensure efficient, timeliness, accuracy and procedural compliance in running and maintaining the warehouse system.

Responsibilities

Cash Handling

• Collects cash from van and credit sales representatives in their respective areas and disburse them to warehouse staff with supporting documents and in a strict adherence with Company policy and procedures.
• Prepares list of cheques in order to deposit them with the cash in the banks and obtain evidence of deposit.

Vans Operations

• Updates the vans invoicing and manage the synchronization within the specified time frame.

Cross Docking

• Supervises the cross docking process for receiving the products via invoices directly from main warehouse fleet to HFS and remote warehouse fleets, without passing stock by remote warehouse neither on system nor on floor.

Location maintenance and expenses

• Manages the day to day expenses and supervise maintenance jobs to ensure the location remains in a perfect and operational condition.

TM Purpose

• Acts as a role model by living Transmed Purpose on daily basis.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Technical Degree
• Language: Good Command of Arabic Language - Average Proficiency in English
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
