We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager with a strong foundation in Advertising Technology (3+ years) and demonstrated leadership in SaaS product development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product innovation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are designed and developed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will lead efforts to understand market demands, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with various teams to deliver solutions that enhance our product offerings. You will report directly to the Head of Product, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategy.

  • Product Design and Documentation:Actively create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for new products and features, including functional descriptions, flowcharts, and mockups. You will translate complex product ideas into easy-to-understand visuals and written materials, providing a blueprint that guides development and enhances cross-functional understanding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-impact products. Your role will involve coordinating efforts across these teams to ensure that product development is seamless and efficient, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Product-Market Fit: Continuously assess and address client needs to ensure that our products maintain their relevance and effectiveness in the market. This involves staying updated on market trends, gathering client feedback, and making data-driven decisions to refine and improve our products. You will also need to understand SaaS interfaces, dashboards, charts, and reports to create user-friendly and insightful products.

To excel in this role, you need a blend of experience, technical knowledge, and analytical skills. These qualifications will enable you to understand the market, make informed decisions, and drive the development of successful products.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the advertising or software development fields. You should have a track record of successfully managing and launching products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
  • SaaS Expertise: Good understanding of SaaS interfaces, dashboards, charts, and reports. This expertise is essential for developing user-friendly products that provide valuable insights and drive user engagement.
  • AdTech Knowledge: A deep understanding of the online advertising technology landscape, including customer needs and market dynamics. Experience and knowledge in AdTech and online advertising are crucial. Knowledge and experience with affiliate marketing are a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, interpret insights, and make informed decisions. This involves using data to prioritize product features, measure performance, and guide the product development process. You should also be comfortable with SaaS analytics and reporting tools to extract meaningful insights.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Knowledge and experience with rapid prototyping techniques to quickly iterate and refine product concepts. This is crucial for fast-paced development cycles and ensuring that ideas are effectively translated into functional designs.

  • Scope Management: Experience in transferring scope from Product Management to Product Owners for product development. This skill ensures that product development is focused and efficient, with clear responsibilities and timelines, leading to successful project execution.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Familiarity with high-level wireframing and prototyping techniques. This allows you to create initial design concepts that can be tested and refined before full-scale development, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations.
  • Productivity & Quality: We expect high productivity and a work mentality based on productivity-focused work. Your performance should consistently result in high-quality products that are superior to those offered by our competitors.
