As a Trackman Sales Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services within the Netherlands.

Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for a variety of sports verticals. Originally developed for golf, Trackman now enjoys a market leader position in several sports disciplines in measuring and delivering real-time sports motion data.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis

  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities

  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations

  • Product demonstrations to golf courses, teaching Pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, driving ranges and other golf client segments

  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service

  • Proposal preparation and order administration

  • Customer training and 1st level support

  • Organization and implementation of Trackman University workshops

  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams

  • Development and continuous improvement of your territory’s sales strategies

Requirements

  • Personal drive, self-starter with demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile

  • Fluent in English and Dutch

  • Home/Office in the Netherlands (also possible in Belgium)

  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid)

  • Demonstrate perseverance, and cope well with rejection

  • Manage your own time effectively and efficiently

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Consider other’s views and demonstrate listening skills

PREFERABLY:

  • Golf professional or single HCP amateur golfer

  • A strong network in the local golf industry

  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies

  • Advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and a CRM system

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary, commissions based on performance, and a bonus plan. You will benefit from extensive onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working out of your home office in the territory and travel 50-75% of the time.

Golf is the primary business segment, but we also have excellent solutions in baseball, American football, soccer and tennis. We even helped competitors at The Tokyo Olympics use data to analyze and better their performance in the hammer throw and shot put.

As a consequence, we have changed the way technology is used in sports today. From how professionals and amateurs train and take lessons, to the development and fitting of equipment, to the way sports are played, taught and enjoyed on television.

But we also want to take technology to everyone across data-led sports and have already made golf a game that can be enjoyed by anyone through our Driving Range and Indoor solutions. The adherence to excellence that ensures we are trusted by the best is still central to our philosophy. And we’re using our technology to take fun to a broader audience.
