Requirements
- +5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or demand generation.
- +2 years leading commercial teams, SDR/BDR, or similar functions.
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Strategic profile with a strong orientation towards execution.
- High analytical capacity and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and influence with internal and external stakeholders.

- Structured, organized, and obsessed with continuous improvement.
