Tech Lead - Web3 Venture Studio

• Our client is Asia's leading web3 venture studio focusing on DeFi projects

Responsibilities

• Spearheading the development and deployment of their DeFi application, and leadingtheir technical team in the design and implementation of the products strategy,architecture, features, and functionality
• Building leading and growing the technology team and build out the necessarytechnology infrastructure to support the vision and purpose of the company
• Working with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for technology andproduct teams, balancing the long-term and immediate needs, and creating strategicplans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical,web, and mobile services.
• Managing resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics
• Making infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety andsoundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of productsolutions, as well as managing all technical delivery
• Overseeing data security, management, and governance
• Managing strategic vendor and technology partner relationships

Requirements

• Deep knowledge and experience in Trading, Fintech, Finance and Technicaldevelopment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience in blockchain and DeFi, with a strong understanding of smartcontracts, decentralized exchanges, and other related technologies.
• Experience with Solidity, Ethereum, and other blockchain technologies.
• Experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Ether.js, web3.js
• Strong technical background, with a proven track record of delivering high qualityproducts to mainnet
• Experience managing distributed software development teams

Preferred

• Experience in a Project Management / Tech Lead / CTO role for a web3 and/or DeFiprotocol
• Knowledge of fintech / trading product development cycles
• Relationship building skills with leaders and technical teams & the ability to developconsensus and drive stakeholders to a decision
• PMI Body of Knowledge / PMP certification / Experience implementing Scrum and/oragile methodologies

Salary and benefits packages will be on a case by case basis and subject to contractnegotiations.
