The Opportunity
At TNT Growth, we don’t recycle playbooks — we evolve them. As the Lead Growth Manager, Paid Search, you will set the standard for how Paid Search operates across the agency. This role blends high-level leadership with deep platform expertise: you’ll coach Growth Managers, develop frameworks, guide best practices, and step into high-stakes accounts to execute at a world-class level when needed.
You will be responsible for elevating performance, building scalable systems, driving forecasting accuracy, and ensuring Paid Search remains one of TNT’s strongest, most consistent growth engines. When clients overperform, you were behind it. When risks emerge, you saw them coming weeks earlier.
What You’ll Do
Oversee performance, pacing, testing, and forecasting across all Paid Search accounts, proactively identifying risks and driving fast resolution.
Build full-funnel Paid Search strategies and develop scalable frameworks, testing roadmaps, and best practices for the entire team.
Mentor and develop Paid Search Growth Managers, building systems that promote accountability, speed, quality, and strategic thinking.
Step into high-stakes clients and complex accounts to execute at a top-tier level when needed, modeling world-class search leadership.
Maintain ±5% forecasting accuracy and partner with leadership to refine dashboards, reporting standards, and performance models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Paid Social, CRO, Analytics, and Creative to unify strategy and improve conversion quality and attribution.
Share insights and build playbooks that elevate execution and performance across the Paid Search discipline.

Paid Search accounts consistently hit or exceed KPIs (ROAS, CPSQL, CPL, CAC).
The team operates proactively with zero surprises to leadership or clients.
Testing velocity increases and leads to measurable performance gains.
Systems and frameworks elevate execution quality across all Growth Managers.
Paid Search becomes a standout differentiator and competitive advantage for TNT.
What Makes You a Fit
We’re not looking for someone who can only manage campaigns — we’re looking for someone who can build a function, grow a team, and set a standard.
6–10+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience (Google Ads + Microsoft Ads).
Proven success driving and scaling performance across multiple clients simultaneously.
Experience mentoring or leading Growth Managers or media buyers.
Deeply analytical — you naturally ask “why?” and diagnose problems quickly.
Exceptional communicator: clear, concise, and able to simplify complexity.
High bar for executional excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
Comfortable owning both strategy and execution for high-level accounts.
