The Opportunity: This is Not Your Average Appointment Setting Role
We're looking for a top performer to join our Sales Team as an Appointment Setter. This is a crucial role where you will be working with cold leads from our outbound lead source efforts and warm leads generated by our proven marketing campaigns, particularly paid social ads. Your mission is to nurture these prospects, qualify them, and get them on the calendar of our Sales Manager. This is a high-impact, high-reward position with direct mentorship and a clear path for professional growth.
What You'll Do
Own the Pipeline: Take ownership of all inbound marketing leads and manage them from initial contact to a booked meeting. You will also own reaching out to cold leads via our outbound marketing lead sources. This requires cold outreach (messaging and calling).
Qualify & Engage: Follow our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to qualify prospects and engage them in meaningful, value-driven conversations via phone, email, and multiple social media platforms (i.e. Meta, LinkedIn, etc).
Book High-Quality Meetings: Schedule qualified meetings for our sales manager, ensuring that prospects are committed and have a high likelihood of showing up.
Maintain Data Accuracy: Keep our CRM updated with detailed, accurate notes to ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team. You will be expected to execute daily administrative tasks:
Morning huddles via Zoom to plan and confirm daily tasks
Submit end-of-day reports
Update sales/lead trackers and projections
Contribute to Growth: Work directly with the sales manager to provide feedback on lead quality and market insights, helping to continuously improve our sales process.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications of a Top Performer
Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an appointment setting, sales, or lead-generation role, which can be verified by previous managers/employers.
Exceptional Communication: You are a concise, persuasive, and professional communicator who can build trust quickly.
Relentless Drive: You are a "hunter" who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Coachability: You are eager to learn our proven system and are hungry for direct feedback and mentorship.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and can quickly adapt to new tools. You must also know your way around social media platforms.
Initiative Taker: You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and taking initiative to get things done. We don’t want to “micro-manage” you; we just want you to come in with a great attitude and do what you’re supposed to.
Results-Oriented: You take pride in hitting and exceeding your targets. Engage in 80-100 contact attempts per day. Your specific KPI will be to set between 15-25 qualified meetings per month, depending on ad spend and tasks.
Compensation & Rewards
We believe in paying for performance. Your compensation is directly tied to the value you create, providing you with uncapped earning potential.
Base Salary: $2,000 per month.
Uncapped Commission: $50 for every qualified meeting where the attendee shows up.
Client Bonus: $200 for every prospect you book that turns into a signed client.
