An OpenText Exstream Specialist is a mid-level technical professional responsible for the administration and support of the OpenText Exstream customer communications management platform in on-premises or hybrid environments. This role focuses on ensuring the stable operation of Exstream batch and interactive document generation processes through proactive system monitoring, configuration management, and prompt issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor & Support Environments:Oversee Exstream batch and interactive environments to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and timely generation of communications.

• Deployments & Troubleshooting:Manage the deployment of Exstream applications, templates, and configuration changes across environments; perform application-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve incidents.

• User Administration:Administer user accounts and permissions within the Exstream platform, and implement configuration updates in line with operational requirements and governance policies.

• Collaboration:Work closely with developers, solution architects, and infrastructure support teams to implement best practices, coordinate system upgrades or patches, and ensure the Exstream platform remains stable and secure.

WE expect ou to have:

• OpenText Exstream Expertise:Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream and its core components.

• Environment Management:Proven ability to administer and maintain Exstream in on-premises and cloud environments, with knowledge of system installation, configuration, and release management processes.

• Operational Support:Strong skills in monitoring Exstream document generation workflows (batch and interactive) and in diagnosing and resolving issues through log analysis and effective troubleshooting to maintain uninterrupted service.

• Administration & Configuration:Experience performing user administration (managing user accounts and roles) and applying configuration changes or updates in an enterprise environment.
