Summary Objective

The Project Manager is a highly skilled program/project leader who leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion. They have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving project coordination, rollout activities, and internal alignment across sales, operations, and service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in client relationship management and project delivery within a high-visibility, fast-paced national accounts environment.

Core Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
  • Support assigned national accounts by managing day-to-day project coordination, account deliverables, and communication plans.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to support long-term account success.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of QBRs, renewal discussions, and strategic account plans.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy, operational, and financial operational efficiencies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly convey ideas, expectations, and updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: exceptional ability to align program/project strategies with business goals
  • Technical Expertise: understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and industry specific requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team(s) toward achieving program/project goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Requirements

Qualifications and Required Experience

Education and Experience:

  • A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; PMP and/or LEAN Six Sigma Certification.
  • A minimum of five years of project management experience, with at least two years of leading complex, multimillion dollar projects.
  • Additional certifications in one or more of the following are ideal:
  1. Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
  2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  3. ISO13485/ISO9001/AS9100 Auditor

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven PMP in startups or high-growth companies with working experience with SO9001, AS9100, ISO13485
  • Excellent Program and Quality management. Must have expertise in managing large, cross-functional projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, compensation software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Paylocity) is a plus.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.

The work is performed in various locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, refineries and hospital settings.
