All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.

Our teams of shopping experts curate and hand-test nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.We’re seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Manager to obsess over Krazy Coupon Lady visitors and subscribers through our owned marketing channels - email, push, SMS, web banners, and in-app messages. You will lead a team of channel marketers to drive customer engagement and retention strategies, reduce churn, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. As a player-coach, you have equal parts hands-on expertise in these channels and knowledge of how to lead a team toward performance-driven outcomes. The work you do directly impacts the way in which millions of shoppers save!Reporting directly to the senior director of Marketing, you will analyze performance metrics, personalize communication through data insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience in a high-volume, media-room-like setting. The ideal candidate has lifecycle marketing experience, a strategic mindset, and data analysis and segmentation proficiency.If you live and breathe customer engagement, and few things excite you more than exceeding revenue targets, then read on!

In this role, you will:

    Manage and optimize channel performance
  • Work alongside your team, using data to optimize the performance of daily content across KCL's owned channels.
  • Be shopper-obsessed; understand our cohorts, segments, and content – ultimately knowing how to serve each best.
  • Manage your team’s KPIs and regularly deliver progress updates across stakeholder teams. Hold your team accountable to their performance-driven KPIs.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize communications, creating relevant, timely triggers while also identifying opportunities for automation and dynamic capabilities.
  • Design test plans to optimize and improve the performance of channels by send type and audience.
  • Unify and build user preference centers in partnership with Content and Technical leads.
  • Design and manage roadmaps
  • Take ownership of developing and implementing strategies for subscriber activation, fostering habitual engagement, driving deeper interaction, and ensuring retention and reactivation across all Krazy Coupon Lady-owned channels.
  • Develop and manage the annual roadmap by partnering with Growth, Data/Insights, Content, Creative, and B2B leads.
  • Hold accountability for KCL’s owned-channels
  • Act as the spokesperson to other leaders about how the channels are performing, being able to speak to micro and macro tactics on the fly.
  • Serve as the CRM subject matter expert and devise strategies to harness emerging technologies, platforms, and channels to reach and engage our audiences.
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams to maintain a consistent, on-brand voice and messaging.
  • Identify, communicate, and drive resolution for issues in the owned channels.
  • Manage schedule coverage of all channels for seven days per week and coordinate time off/PTO requests and coverage. Coordinate with the B2B enablement team to ensure sponsored placements run successfully on owned channels.

About You:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in lifecycle B2C marketing and retention.
  • 4+ years leading and building high-performing teams. You're excellent at communication and can guide and support teams in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, data analysis, and customer segmentation to drive personalization at scale.
  • Must have D2C/B2C experience managing two of the following three channels: email, SMS, and app- or web-push notifications.
  • Experience analyzing performance and relentlessly A/B testing against KPIs like CTR, CVR, retention, and LTV.
  • Experience developing profitable marketing programs and exceeding performance and revenue targets.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and highly fluid environments.
  • You possess a high level of integrity and initiative, a learning mindset, and a desire for continuous improvement. You also champion those same qualities in your team.
