Responsibilities:
Leads mid-sized quality and analytical processes, projects and/or components of a larger project in a matrix environment.
Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities
Evaluates requirements and/or the development of new procedures/ processes/or policy solutions to address highly complex Provider data issues.
Provides actionable information and recommendations to management through various analytic techniques on issues related to business people, processes and technology.
Develops, produces, gathers and improves executive line of business scorecards, and decisive/distinct information.
Defines and consults on measurement strategies, tools, scorecards and surveys
Provides measurement and cost savings support for data management accuracy
Conducts analysis and evaluation of business process and technology through the use of rigorous methods to identify causes of variation, improvement opportunities and solutions (considering both upstream inputs into business process and downstream consumers of data)
Identifies opportunities for improvements based on fact based analysis
Summarizes results of analysis and effectively communicate to management recommendations for actions to resolve business issues
Utilizes the Network Operations & Delivery Balanced Scorecard and Network Operations process maps to map data flow through business processes
Gathers and defines baseline business metrics primarily to illustrate impact of business outputs to customers
Utilizes trending analysis to identify opportunities in business processes resulting from information in Balanced Scorecard
Works in close partnership with business partners in a highly matrix environment
Utilizes information garnered from analysis to partner with Process Owners and Quality Oversight to identify gaps in business processes.
Establishes a mentoring program to advance maturity of baseline quality assurance methods to move towards a more outcome based quality program.
Partners with departments to develop metrics, analyze problems and recommend improvement opportunities associated with business processes
Can effectively communicate the results of analysis
Ability to coach and develop colleagues
Translates business needs into practical applications and solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
Expert/developer skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Access
Exposure to reporting tools such as Hyperion/Brio, Business Objects, SAS or COGNOS needed
Exposure to SQL, JavaScript and data warehousing concepts
Previous Work experience in CPF or HCPM preferred
5+ years of experience in health care analytics
Leadership competencies with the ability to collaborate with others and establish working relationships
Communicates effectively across the organization and at different levels, think and act strategically and influence key leader
Strong communication skills – oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse groups
Deep healthcare data statistical analysis experience and demonstrated understanding of health care and delivery systems processes
Ability to successfully navigate and contribute in a highly matrix environment
Ability to train peers on processes and document procedures for compliance repository
Ability to lead efforts to develop data collection plans and data acquisition
Lead and train a team in performing analysis activities to deliver to defined objectives
Will be considered an individual contributor who will work on complex analytical processes utilizing judgment, fact, and discretion within a large business organization or across functional areas.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
