The Adverse Drug Event Nurse LPN is responsible for completing and submitting adverse drug event reports to the pharmaceutical companies or FDA, following the internal protocols within the nurse scope of practice. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting and a clear, active, unrestricted LPN Nursing license in the home state.
Requirements
- Review clinical adverse event “work in progress” (WIP)
- Respond to manufacturer and/or internal requests
- Ensure all applicable manufacturer trainings are completed on time
- Attend manufacturer audits
- Responsible for good housekeeping techniques
