Today, TerraMD operates as a nationwide telemedicine platform in India, connecting patients with over 410 verified doctors, licensed Ayurveda physicians, and a global network of Clinical Integrative Health Coaches. The care team model ensures that patients receive not just clinical consultations, but ongoing support through care coordinators who translate medical recommendations into daily action.

Backed by a 40-room wellness resort in Rishikesh and hospital-connected care pathways, TerraMD bridges the gap between remote consultations and in-person medical infrastructure when needed. The organization also runs TerraMD College of Allied Health Sciences in partnership with Paracelsus University, training the next generation of clinical medical assistants and wellness professionals.
