The USPI Director of Case Management is responsible for leading case management functions and developing education, processes, and workflows across USPI surgical hospitals. The role involves promoting a strong service culture, building relationships, and improving patient experience.
Requirements
- RN license and BSN required for RN candidates
- Active Social Worker license and master’s degree required for Social Work candidates
- Minimum 5 years of Case Management leadership experience in an acute hospital or surgical hospital setting
- Ability to travel regionally up to 75%
- Strong Presentation skills, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills
