Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing FOIA requests and Privacy Act requests
- Conduct research and analysis on documents and records to identify relevant information
- Assist in preparing written responses and correspondence related to FOIA requests
- Ensure compliance with FOIA regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of FOIA requests and responses
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve department goals
Requirements
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a FOIA
- Knowledge of FOIA regulations and procedures
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- U.S. citizenship required
