Tech Rec

Tech Rec is a recruitment agency based in Bucharest, Romania, specializing in connecting IT and engineering professionals with companies where they can bring increased value and grow their careers. Founded with a commitment to fairness and transparency, the agency has positioned itself as a strategic partner for organizations seeking to build high-performing technical teams, rather than simply acting as a CV supplier.

The agency focuses on placing candidates in senior and management roles across multiple technical disciplines, including Software Development (with expertise in Angular, C++, .NET, Java, PHP, Python, React, and Ruby on Rails), Mobile Development, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance. Tech Rec distinguishes itself through a pragmatic approach that prioritizes understanding each client's unique business needs before beginning the search process.

The team, led by Lucian Crivoi, maintains constant, data-backed communication with clients throughout the recruitment process. They work diligently on each open role until a qualified shortlist is delivered, refusing to overpromise what they cannot deliver. Their commitment to fairness extends to both clients and candidates, ensuring that placements result in successful, long-term employment relationships that benefit all parties involved.
