Requirements
- Design and build internal products, workflows, and integrations that solve real business problems for teams across the organisation
- Develop automations and integrations between our SaaS tools using APIs, scripts, and connector logic to eliminate manual work
- Implement system designs with code-heavy nodes in low-code platforms, writing robust SQL queries and custom scripts where needed
- Partner with stakeholders in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Experience to understand needs, define outcomes, and deliver solutions
- Drive initiatives to integrate AI technologies into people team processes, improving productivity and unlocking new capabilities
- Create documentation and provide guidance to stakeholders on how to effectively use the systems you build
- Measure the impact of your solutions through clear metrics, iterating based on feedback and usage data
