We founded Taxfix in 2016 with a simple belief: that everyone, regardless of their income or background, should have the tools to manage their finances and get the most out of their tax returns. We saw that millions of people were missing out on their hard-earned money simply because the tax system was too complex, too intimidating, and too time-consuming. Many were so anxious about making mistakes or dealing with the tax office that they didn't file at all. We knew there had to be a better way, and that's why we created Taxfix. Our mission is to make tax declarations easy and accessible for everyone, empowering people to take control of their financial well-being.

Our solution is an intuitive mobile app and web platform that transforms the painful process of filing taxes into a simple, conversational experience. We guide our users through a series of easy-to-understand questions, much like a friendly tax advisor would, cutting through the confusing jargon and complicated forms. This question-and-answer format means you don't need any prior tax knowledge to accurately complete your return in under 30 minutes. We're not just passionate about taxes; we're passionate about helping people with the things they genuinely struggle with. Since our journey began, we've helped our customers reclaim billions in tax refunds. Our team of over 500 dedicated 'Taxfixers' from more than 40 nationalities, including tax experts, developers, and IT security specialists, work tirelessly from our hubs in Berlin and Madrid to continuously improve our product. We're proud of the milestones we've achieved, but we know our work is far from over.
