Learning Content Inspector | Remote

TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience. The company is looking for a Learning Content Inspector to ensure the quality and consistency of learning materials. The role involves writing, reviewing, and refining content across various formats and collaborating with designers, developers, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Technical Writing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in instructional writing, editing, or content development—preferably in training, education, or eLearning.
• Exceptional command of written English, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with editorial standards (Chicago Manual of Style, Microsoft Manual of Style).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen sense for quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and working with creative and technical teams.
