As a Warehouse Manager at TAQA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations to support the smooth flow of goods and materials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Manage and optimize inventory levels and accuracy
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain a high level of productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for safety, security, and quality
- Implement measures to improve warehouse efficiency, such as implementing automation and digitalization
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
