United States onlyTAQA, a leading company in the Energy industry, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at TAQA, you will be responsible for developing and managing our product portfolio to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify market needs and opportunities
- Define and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to bring products to market
- Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications
- Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product development decisions
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements
- Train and support Sales and customer support teams on product features and benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a related role
- Strong business acumen and understanding of product management principles
- Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus
