What you will do:
- Negotiate and manage commercial contracts, focusing on sales and vendor agreements.
- Independently assess and mitigate risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle using CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) software tools.
- Draft training materials and conduct comprehensive training sessions for company-wide staff.
- Develop and maintain a clause library to streamline the contract creation process.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to address contract-related challenges.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts, with some experience in vendor contracts.
- Strong ability to work independently and assess contractual risks.
- Proficiency in managing contracts through CLM software.
