As a Senior People Analytics Partner at TalentNeuron, you will use your advanced Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O psychology) and data science expertise along with your people analytics experience in partnership with our Strategic Consulting team to help clients solve complex people analytics problems in support of their companies’ strategic workforce management imperatives.Our ideal candidate will display a strong balance of analytical and problem-solving skills, business consulting and communication competencies, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. You’ll be interacting with TalentNeuron clients to understand their organization and talent needs, translating their needs and specific issues into quantifiable solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Consultation: Bring your expertise in I/O Psychology principles and analysis to help our clients frame problems, answer questions, and design solutions to improve the associate experience
- Design: Help build and drive key solutions for our customers partners, by working in close collaboration with our Strategic Consulting, Data Science and Technology teams
- Experimentation: Partner with Strategic Consulting team members and our clients and teams to design experiments to help our clients understand underlying drivers that impact their specific problems
- Insights & analysis: Leverage TN data and other potential data sources to analyze the specifics of our clients’ problems/issues and combine those insights with the latest thinking in I/O psychology to help our clients make data-driven, informed decisions and develop meaningful solutions.
What You Will Bring

- Analytical thinking: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based in analytics. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. Identify opportunities for improvement and use data to make strategic and tactical recommendations.
- Execution:
- o Develop and test hypotheses, design solutions, assess operational feasibility, support implementation efforts, and develop plans and tools for monitoring outcomes
- o Develop data requirements and analysis frameworks to ensure alignment with client's requirements
- Partnership: Collaborate effectively with other team members within TalentNeuron and client team members in developing relevant and impactful solutions
- Business communication: Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, including visualization skills (i.e., able to “tell the story” and highlight key insights in a clear and concise manner that is easily understood by stakeholders)
- Results focus: Drive for results and achieve important goals; apply strong organizational skills, statistical acumen, analysis and detail orientation, even in ambiguous situations.
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years of Industrial and Organizational Psychology OR Organizational Behavior OR Behavioral Science
- 1+ years of professional experience in people analytics, or data science or analytics, with a strong emphasis on providing analytics solutions to clients
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and statistical models (correlation, regression, T-test, ANOVA), research methods and experimental design
- 1+ years of experience in Python or R conducting statistical analysis or developing advanced models
- Strong communication and data visualization and presentation skills
- Experience using large/unstructured data is a plus
