Treasury Analyst

Are you ready to take your treasury expertise global? Were hiring a Treasury Analyst on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing international group headquartered near Vaduz. In this role, you'll take ownership of cash, liquidity, and FX management across multiple entities globally, while contributing to strategic treasury initiatives and policy development.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and forecasting across multiple international entities
• Monitor and optimize idle cash balances and intercompany loan structures
• Coordinate and process payments, including support for AR reconciliation and allocations
• Support FX transactions and manage related risk across currencies
• Assist with credit facility reporting and intercompany loan management
• Collaborate with accounting teams and local entities to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance
• Help document and enhance internal treasury controls and procedures
• Support the drafting, rollout, and implementation of group-wide treasury policies
• Participate in treasury-related projects, including system implementations and digital asset operations
• Contribute to risk management, including support with crypto operations and compliance

Your Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or finance-related role ideally from within a globally-focused company
• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• Expert understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, German knowledge would be great to have

Nice to Have

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and related implementations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
• Knowledge of digital assets and crypto compliance frameworks
• Additional European language skills
• Experience managing international payments and cash operations
