About the Role:
Do you love developing messaging that engages, informs, educates, and builds culture? Are you looking for a position with growth opportunities? We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing and Communications Analyst to join TailorCare’s marketing and communications (marcom) team. You will have the opportunity to execute strategies that lay the foundation of marketing and culture at TailorCare. You will report to the VP, Marketing and Communications and collaborate closely with clinical operations, human resources, product management, and engineering in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities to create impactful campaigns that enhance the company's reputation internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive materials, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image by ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Public Relations: Create and distribute press releases, draft talking points, and manage media inquiries.
- Event Management: Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products/services.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of internal and external marcom efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, human resources, product management, and engineering to align marcom strategies with overall business goals.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, social media maintenance, email marketing, and SEO/SEM to increase online visibility, and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally in healthcare
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates knowledge of marketing and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US work authorization
