About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Strategy, this role plays a critical part in supporting strategic initiatives, conducting market research, and contributing to the development of enterprise and functional strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic startup environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage complex program management aspects from inception to implementation, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals
  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Drive the annual financial planning and budgeting process, setting goals and objectives in coordination with stakeholders
  • Support creation of executive and Board-level communications materials, crafting compelling presentations and written artifacts
  • Establish and maintain Strategy department infrastructure, meticulously documenting processes and collateral for efficient operations
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence activities, providing actionable insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to analyze complex problems, perform diligence, and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Engage in cross-functional initiatives to foster alignment and success across departments.
  • Lead in strategic conversations with prospective partners, collaborating closely with the Growth team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within healthcare or a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands effectively
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact positively with a variety of colleagues and partners
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks and documentation
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications
