About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our CX & Internal tools team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the user experience for both customers and colleagues, with a continuous focus on improving not only interfaces but also business processes.

Your primary goal will be to launch a major B2E product and support our existing tools for customer support and other operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Launch new products: take ownership of launching new tools or experiences — from early discovery to go-live — ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals
  • Polish existing products and scenarios: improve current flows and features, remove friction, and raise the overall quality of experience through thoughtful design iterations
  • Deep dive into domain knowledge: invest time in understanding the business, operations, and user needs to design solutions that are truly relevant and impactful
  • Dogfood our own products: regularly use internal tools yourself to spot issues, uncover opportunities, and advocate for improvements based on real-life usage
  • Participate in product and tech decisions: stay actively involved in key discussions across product and development to help shape outcomes early on
  • Run relevant research: plan and execute user research on your own or together with our research team to validate ideas, discover pain points, and guide design decisions
  • Contribute to the design system: help grow and refine our internal design system to support consistency, scalability, and speed across products

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • You’ve been working on B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools for the past 2–3 years
  • You have a solid portfolio that shows you can design complex products in a simple, user-friendly way
  • You're familiar with all the best interaction patterns and your visual skills are undeniably great
  • You’re used to working on your own and keeping track of everything — maybe you’ve worked at a startup, been a solo designer, a founder, or part of a small internal team
  • You’re confident in your work and can explain your ideas clearly — whether you’re talking to another designer or a C-level exec
  • You’re a strong communicator who can bring together user needs, business goals, and tech possibilities
  • You think in systems, care about long-term solutions, and can shape a design direction — but also stay flexible when things change

At Tabby, we are driven by a fundamental belief: today's financial institutions were often built on models that extract wealth rather than create it. We see a world where interest charges, hidden fees, and extended debt cycles can keep individuals from realizing their full potential. That's why we're committed to changing this narrative. Our mission is to build financial products that are designed to inspire and cultivate financial freedom. We aim to reshape your relationship with money, transforming it into one that is empowering, fair, and even playful. Whether you're furnishing a new home with a couch or selecting an outfit for a significant life event, we want you to feel good about your purchases, and with Tabby, you can.

Our core values guide every decision we make and every product we create. We believe our work gains its deepest meaning when the tools we build are used by people to enhance their daily lives; the more lives we positively impact, the more significant our work becomes. We operate on the principle of treating others as we would like to be treated ourselves. Dealing with money is a serious responsibility, and we approach it with the utmost gravity, striving to bring clarity from chaos so that individuals can make informed choices that are best for them. Furthermore, we believe that work should be more than just problem-solving; it should also be about creating joy and inspiring what's possible, even if that means taking calculated risks and not always opting for the safest path. We are dedicated to bringing financial freedom to the MENA region, currently serving millions of shoppers and thousands of brands across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait, with ambitious plans for further expansion.
