United States onlyThe AI Engineer (Generative AI & Agents) will design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems with a focus on Azure OpenAI, generative modeling, and agentic workflows. This is a junior–mid level, execution-heavy engineering role ideal for someone who is passionate about hands-on development, experimentation, and bringing ideas to life.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of AI/ML engineering experience OR strong project/portfolio work demonstrating capability
- Strong hands-on experience in Python
- Practical experience with Azure OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
- Experience with at least one AI/GenAI framework (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI)
- Ability to independently build prototypes and iterative improvements
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals: embeddings, RAG, prompting patterns, evaluations
