As a Senior Manager, Customer Insights, you'll own and deliver high-impact insights that support customer success and commercial growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or a related role
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex, data-driven findings into ROI narratives and strategic recommendations for executive and client audiences
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
