Head of Communications

Sword Health is seeking a Head of Communications to lead the company's communications strategy in the U.S. across public relations, corporate communications, and executive visibility. The role will be instrumental in shaping Sword Health's voice, strengthening its brand reputation, and amplifying its story to members, clients, partners, media, and the broader AI and healthcare community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications
• Deep expertise in media relations, executive communications, and crisis communications
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage and driving brand narratives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messages
• Experience working with C-level executives and influencing at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment
• Strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset
• Background in AI, tech, or the broader healthcare industry is a strong plus
