Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of core HR competencies
- Strong business acumen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- CHRP designation (or working toward)
- 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
- Experience working in a Unionized environment
