SUMMARY: As a Content Creator Intern, you'll help create content for Tallo's social media and support video/design projects and campaigns.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Spot and share trends– Help us stay on top of what's trending on TikTok and Instagram.You'llflag opportunities and create content that connects withour audience.
Create content with guidance– Work on your own content projects with support from the team.You'llpitch ideas, create posts, and learn how to improve based on feedback.
Get comfortable on camera– Practice turning everyday moments into engaging stories.You'llcreatevideocontent for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms (with the team's help when you need it)
Collaborate with the team– Attend weekly check-ins, join brainstorming sessions, andmaybesomeevents.
Help with other projects– Support other tasks the team needs help with.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Minimum high school diploma (or its equivalencyi.eGED).
Experience creating social media content (your own accounts, aclub'spage, or helping a business totallycounts!).
Good at communicating (writing and talking).
Basic familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, etc.).
Can create a Tallo account and use it.
Ability to cleara requiredbackground check.

This is a home-based position
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.
We anticipate this position will pay $22.00 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
