About The Role
This is an opportunity to work closely with multiple enterprise partners to deliver the implementation of a unified and student-centric degree management platform. As a Project Manager, you will manage and lead implementation projects which involve multiple teams at Stellic, including Implementation consultants, Engineering, Integration, and Product teams. You will be part of the larger Partner Success team, which is entirely focused on delivering value for our college and university partners.
In this role, the Implementation Project Manager will:
- Partner with Implementation Managers (Consultants) to lead multiple, concurrent projects to deliver onboarding services to partners.
- Engage with the right stakeholders in our Implementation projects to successfully scope and drive the project through successful completion.
- Become knowledgeable about the Stellic product and our partner use cases
- Work collaboratively across groups to secure buy-in and drive issues/risks to resolution.
- Resolve and transform complex concepts into executable plans.
- Develop and execute deadlines and project activities.
- Provide Risk and Resource Management by anticipating bottlenecks, providing management escalation, project prioritization, making tradeoffs, balancing the customer needs versus technical constraints and driving initial objectives.
- Meet or exceed targets for Customer satisfaction and achievement of project goals.
- Understand that our partners are the reason we come to work every day, and will advocate on their behalf to internal teams including Product Management, Engineering and Partner Success.
We are looking for people who have:
- PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred
- Experience in B2B customer-facing service delivery project management
- Skilled in managing highly complex projects with large enterprise customers
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech, SaaS startup environment
- Proficient with project management tools such as SmartSheet or Monday.com
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, and concurrently manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to communicate with all levels across the organization.
- Collaborative, while able to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrable understanding of PMI project management standards and guidelines
- Ability to travel to customer sites when required
- Flexible and adaptable to changes, while showing a positive attitude
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers to handle situations with confidence and tact.
- Experience building process documentation to outline current or new processes
- Strong negotiation skills used to resolve conflicts and find win-win scenarios

Salary: $80,000 - $137,000 base salary, plus equity
