Stellar Virtual was founded in 2019 with one school in Texas. We serve parents of K-12 students, unhappy with their current school or need an at-home/flexible learning environment. Today, Stellar Virtual spans across three states currently, Arizona, Indiana, and Texas, with developing programs being introduced in new states over the next few years. Stellar Virtual is committed to going above and beyond for our virtual families.

Overview
As a Paid Media Specialist at Stellar Virtual, you will execute data-driven digital campaigns that help families discover our high-quality virtual K–12 education programs. You will play an important role in managing paid media initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube. You will bring precision to campaign setup, creativity to testing, and attention to performance analytics—all while working alongside a collaborative, mission-driven team. Your efforts will directly support student enrollment and help expand access to education across the country.
Essential Duties
- Set up, manage, and monitor paid media campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Execute day-to-day operations such as keyword research, audience targeting, creative updates, and bid adjustments.
- Assist in the implementation of A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- Support the Senior Paid Media Manager in optimizing campaigns to improve KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPL, ROAS).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Help maintain campaign tracking, tagging, and naming conventions to ensure data integrity.
- Stay informed about changes to digital ad platforms and proactively suggest campaign improvements.
- Other duties as requested to support the overall goals of Marketing and Stellar Virtual.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- 2+ years of related experience in paid advertising, with an emphasis on paid search.
- Hands-on experience managing a moderate portfolio of digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with digital campaign metrics and how to interpret them (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions).
- Working knowledge of analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, conversion tracking).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced education marketing team.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
- Additional coursework or certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
