Requirements
- Able to integrate with APIs: REST/SOAP APIs and hands-on experience building integrations to backend systems and applications
- Exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously, hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough
- Experience in customer/externally facing roles: technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering
- Systems mindset: able to intuitively understand gaps as you work through implementations and articulate them to the network operations and engineering team
- Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, and able to put in the hours to get the job done
