As an HR Operations Specialist at Statista, you will drive HR processes and ensure a smooth Employee Lifecycle. You will optimize processes, manage HRIS, and provide service-oriented support.

Requirements

Comprehensive experience in HR/People Operations and process optimization
Safe handling of HRIS tools like Personio
Basic knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law, and GDPR
Clear, empathetic communication and high service orientation towards employees and management
Proactive mindset with high drive and the ability to bring own ideas effectively into HR processes
Secure knowledge of German and English
