Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu National Capital Region (Manila) Philippines
- Own the implementation and ongoing management of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics 4(GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Microsoft Clarity.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust dataLayers to support accurate tracking and scalable analytics
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) analysis, including evaluating test performance and delivering clear recommendations for improvement
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define tracking requirements and ensure high- quality data collection
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support business decision-making, with a keen focus on the user experience on digital platforms
- Contribute to improving analytics processes, documentation, and tracking standards
- Support the Data & Insights manager with developing client’s data strategies and planning
- Own ongoing and regular website reporting activities
- Recommend optimisations to a digital experience based on research and data driven insights
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and/or Adobe Analytics, including hands-on implementation experience.
- Strong experience developing systems that focus on understanding the user experience on a digital platform, deriving insights and making actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of digital advertising tools and systems (CDPs, digital ads platforms) and integrations with wider analytics systems.
- Experience designing and managing dataLayers and tracking frameworks
- Proficiency in building dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, or PowerBI. Knowledge of other visualization tools is welcome.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying datasets (e.g., BigQuery or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to clients
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
