Sprinto is an AI-native GRC platform that helps organisations manage risks, audits, vendor oversight, and continuous monitoring from a single connected platform. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Market Research Executive – Outbound to support and scale Sprinto’s outbound pipeline through high-quality data research, enrichment, and CRM management.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research roles.
- Hands-on experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication.
- Familiarity with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, and outbound prospecting processes.
- Basic understanding of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to streamline data workflows is preferred.
