Philippines onlySpreetail is looking for a Technical Account Manager that will directly contribute to the mission of providing efficient, timely, and accurate support to our Merchants and Brand Customers. As a Technical Account Manager, you own the administrative and operational functions that are critical in supporting our shared goals.
How you will achieve success:
- You are responsible for executing administrative tasks in the areas of systematic vendor and item setup, data integrity, PO confirmation and tracking, and receiving and invoice administrative support.
- Effectively utilizes the merchandising systems to complete daily tasks and proactively anticipate future tasks / issues for early resolutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through communication with brand customer, merchant teams, and operations teams.
- Collaborates with team members and support teams to complete tasks effectively and maintains communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate item / PO level data.
- Proactively ensure delivered shipments are checked in, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile invoices to reduce administrative and operational burden on support teams, merchant, and brand partner.
