Contract type: fixed term until March 2025

Work type: part time 32hrs weekly

Work Set-Up: Full Onsite (no work from home)

Working shifts: Shifts are between 06.00am - 10.00pm

Hourly Rate: Php 110.80 – Php 142.05

What is Synergy Basketball

From the NBA to NCAA to the Euroleague, the world’s best basketball teams rely on Synergy Basketball to get the most out of their players. Synergy provides advanced data and analytics, all tied to video content, to make scouting and game preparation as seamless as possible.

THE CHALLENGE

Synergy relies on our team of Loggers, working remotely around the world, to prepare games for our clients. Loggers are responsible for watching games and tagging certain events. This happens in two phases: Phase 1 takes a full game and breaks it down into possessions, and Phase 2 breaks those possessions down into specific outcomes and play types. The job is versatile, and it offers possibilities for both former football players or coaches, as well as basketball fans and people with the knowledge of the game.

Your tasks will include:

• Categorize Phase One clips based upon standard possession-ending play types.
• Identify Start and End of a possession, offensive rebounds, free throws.
• Identify post-ups, isolations, pick and rolls, spot-ups, hand-offs, and cuts.
• Identify man vs zone defense.
• Identify full court presses.
• Identify hard doubles and Pick and Roll switches.
