The Marketing Program Coordinator is a critical utility player for our marketing team who optimizes both demand generation campaign time to market and team collaboration for maximum engagement. The role encompasses program and project management, communications, budget management, and team engagement programs.

Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management

  • Creates project-oriented marketing plans with actionable, tasks, owners, and deadlines with a strong understanding of dependencies and relative importance of each project
  • Holds project team members accountable to execute actions on time, both those on the marketing team and those outside the marketing team
  • Ensures projects stay within designated budget, timeline and scope
  • Reports project status on regular basis to key stakeholders and leadership
  • Communicates risks to project deadlines and mitigation tactics
  • Lead check-in and status meetings for on-going and one-time projects, share out updates and minutes to leaders and team
  • Manages content calendar and project reports
  • Works across teams and regions to set priorities based on business needs
  • Drives the day-to-day management of Asana (PM tool) including building new projects, maintain templates and forms, and serving as the point of contact for the department
  • Proactively identifies process issues/gaps and work to develop best practice improvement opportunities

Marketing Administration

  • Create and administer a repeatable marketing onboarding program
  • Coordinate team engagement programs around the world
  • Create and manage compelling All Marketing Team Meetings bi-monthly and offsite meetings as needed
  • Provide meeting support for weekly Marketing Leadership Meetings
  • Maintains marketing team intranet/wiki pages
  • Manage the marketing budget

Skills Required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in high velocity marketing team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Top notch presentation skills using PowerPoint
  • Able to manage information and communications across several teams and countries
  • Ability to think critically and question the status quo
  • Ability and proclivity to solve problems and not accept the status quo
  • Ability to engage and influence team members around the world by seeking new and better ways to collaborate and communicate

Qualifications Required:

  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience working across geographies
  • Experience using project management software; Asana a big plus
  • Experience managing a marketing budget a big plus
