Your Job
As the Tech Lead of FastCMP, you will work closely with the Product Manager to design and implement technical solutions to business challenges. You will lead and mentor the engineering team while actively coding alongside them, ensuring high compliance standards with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA. Key Responsibilities:
Hands-On Development
- Actively contribute to the codebase, developing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing existing systems.
- Serve as a technical expert, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with the team on solving complex technical challenges.
Team Management
- Facilitate technical discussions and meetings (e.g., daily stand-ups, code reviews).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Strategy
- Partner with the Product Manager to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Align technical priorities with business goals, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Development and Optimization
- Drive system optimization efforts, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Oversee the technical implementation of new features in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations as planned with Product and Legal
- Maintain high technical standards through rigorous testing, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
Your profile for this job
- Experience in Privacy & Data Protection: A deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations, ideally with previous experience leading privacy-centric products.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic product initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in SaaS product management and familiarity with modern web technologies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data analytics to drive product development and business decisions.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
